of this principle that we apply our Quality Assurance Program to assure quality
in every facility that we serve. You can rest assured that the staff performing
a specific task has been trained specifically for that task.
Every room that is cleaned is inspected by one of our specially trained Building
Supervisors to ensure that all work is performed correctly and in a thorough
manner. We have an Operations Manager who oversees the entire evening cleaning
operation and checks with the building supervisors regularly, and a Customer
Relations Manager who is responsible for meeting at least once a month with the
tenants of every building that we clean to receive feedback regarding the level
of service that we provide: Constant Accessibility.
Our customers can rest assured that they can reach someone 24 hours a day. 365
days a year! Every day promptly at 4:00 p.m. we hold a staff meeting attended
by our General Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Relations Manager, Floor
Care Supervisor and every Building Supervisor to plan every evening completely
before it begins and special issues are addressed to prevent them from being
overlooked.
